How Should User Rewards (Bolts) Be Spent?:
Allow Bolts to be used to purchase items.
Apply a temporary discount once a certain amount of Bolts are obtained.
Apply a permanent discount once a certain amount of Bolts are obtained.
Use Bolts to purchase small exclusive items such as back scratchers, pens, etc.
Keep the system as it is with bolts used only for customer rating.
I was unaware of the User Rewards system.
